This document outlines the process for the use, protection, and maintaining of your information. For purposes of this document “A&G Industrial Services” refers to both A&G Industrial Services and Aandgindustrial.com. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

Privacy 
A&G Industrial Services is providing this detailed Privacy Policy that will be followed for any information provided to A&G Industrial Services. This Privacy Policy outlines how your contact details will be used to compile a future contact list that will be used by A&G Industrial Services. 

The contact information you provide may be used in the email marketing platform Mailchimp. You can find Mailchimp’s privacy policy here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. Only A&G Industrial Services will have access to the information you provide on Aandgindustrial.com through the Mailchimp platform. From this platform, you may receive future emails related to updates, news, and promotions from A&G Industrial Services.  

Google Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics and cookies to track anonymous data about the actions taken on this site, including page visits, link clicks, new/returning visitors, and other similar metrics. These metrics do not include private contact information about individual users, but may include demographic information including age, sex, language, device, or IP address location. This website is hosted by Flywheel Hosting (getflywheel.com). The content management system is WordPress (wordpress.org), and the WordPress theme is Divi (elegantthemes.com). The Divi theme includes the contact form on this site. The relevant privacy policy for these platforms can be found here:

Leadfeeder. This site uses tracking scripts to track the users of this website and the companies affiliated with these users. First and last names are NOT identified in this tracking system. In cases where emails are associated with users through Mailchimp, the user’s email may be identified in the Leadfeeder system. Companies are identified with company name, company size, and company website. Leadfeeder provides contact information for employees associated with the company using publicly available contact information. We do not currently advertise on our site, so your information is not collected or tracked for advertising purposes.   

We will never sell your information to third parties. Your information will only be used by A&G Industrial Services for its own marketing purposes, and you may opt out or unsubscribe from any communications at any time.

Photography and Recording 
As part of A&G Industrial Services, any events we host will be documented in various formats which include but are not limited to photographs for posting to Social Media and video recordings also for Social Media and promotional / advertising purposes. 

You grant A&G Industrial Services the right to: 

Record (vocally and by photo) by means of photographs, video, and other means as determined for use for both audio and visual production (referred to as “recording”), 
Utilize these recordings (any or all) after edit and create posts via A&G Industrial Services. These posts will be in forms which include but not limited to single or multiple photos, short videos, webinars and other methods as needed, 
Your name, voice and photo may or will be used. 
 
Hold Harmless Agreement: 
You are in agreement to hold harmless A&G Industrial Services from any infringement or violation of your personal and / or property rights of any sort whatsoever based upon the use of the recording in any form as outlined above. You acknowledge that A&G Industrial Services will own all rights, title and interest (including copyright) of any photos or recordings, and you further acknowledge that A&G Industrial Services is not required in any way to use any of the photos or recordings. You have assumed responsibility for entering into this agreement and the terms of this agreement do not conflict with any other existing commitment(s) on your part. You agree and understand that you will receive no remuneration for this recording. A&G Industrial Services will consider any reasonable request not to use or to stop using a particular recording if requested in a reasonable period of time. 

Should you not wish to grant A&G Industrial Services these rights, please contact A&G Industrial Services at least two weeks prior to the event via e-mail Peter Krukiel via e-mail: peter@aandgis.com. 

Disclaimer 
You acknowledge that A&G Industrial Services will make every effort to provide you with the most current information available for any event it hosts. This will include but is not limited to delegate listings (where applicable), final event agenda, as well as any requests received from speakers, presenters, exhibitors and delegates. A&G Industrial Services does not take responsibility for errors, omissions and changes to any program or the content of an event. A&G Industrial Services reserves all rights to make necessary changes and will not incur any penalty, not limited to but including refunds (full or partial) and alternative offers. You accept the fact that any changes as mentioned and implied happen beyond the control of A&G Industrial Services . 

A&G Industrial Services, including officers, directors, employees, agents and any other affiliates directly connected with A&G Industrial Services will not be held liable for any damage, loss, claims, expenses or any liabilities that may arise out of any given event. 
A&G Industrial Services reserves the right to update our Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, and Privacy Statement without notice to you. 
A&G Industrial Services cannot control all published, presented, or disseminated content on its social media platform or at its events. There may be instances where you find delegates’ or participants’ communications, presentations, or other sources inaccurate, offensive, or misleading. You alone are completely responsible for your interaction at any A&G Industrial Services events. You and other delegates agree to act responsibly, exercising caution and common sense while attending and participating in A&G Industrial Services events, or interacting with A&G Industrial Services content online. 

Force Majeure 
Neither you nor A&G Industrial Services shall be liable for damages or have the right to terminate this Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for failure of or delay in performing its obligations if such failure or delay is the result of an act of God, such as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, flooding, or other natural disaster, or in the case of Government announcement to include but not limited to acts of war, action of foreign enemies, terrorist activities, labor dispute or strike, government sanction, blockage, embargo, or failure of electrical service, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

A&G Industrial Services and associated companies are not responsible for circumstances surrounding unauthorized usage or penetration from either inside or outside influences. Every effort has been made to protect the site and your information.
